ORDER, DELIVERY & PAYMENT 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Our Delivery and Logistic Team makes all the efforts to deliver you promptly, appreciate your support to assist for a timely and easy receiving process. If any issue with our driver, contact us directly at office@cuisineservice.com.sg

 

ORDERING PROCESS

  • Order & delivery according to our Delivery Schedule as below
  • Minimum order S$250 (flexible during low season)
  • Order will have to be placed through our purchasing platform DEAR SYSTEMS or by email if you have your own purchasing platform. 
  • Take note that no order will be taken by phone or message.

 

On Delivery

  • All delivery invoice to be signed and stamped with company stamp
  • All good to be inspected in number and quality
  • All good accepted are non-returnable

 

Week Delivery 

  • Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 5pm
  • No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays  and Public Holidays

 

Cut of Time: 

    • 3 pm for next day delivery, if after 3 pm we will deliver the following day.
    • No ordering taken on Saturday, Sundays  and Public Holidays

 Eg. For Monday delivery: order to be place on friday before 3 pm

  

For Item Out of Stock:  

  • We will inform you on ordering day and will update you on the next possible delivery (up to 5 working days).
  • To avoid inconvenience and manage your ordering and stock, we encourage you to use our purchasing platform tradegecko Client View 

 

For Last Minute Order & Redelivery

  • Last minute order: we may apply fee of S$25
  • Saturday Delivery: we may apply a fee of S$25
  • COD clients without payment ready, will be charged S$20 for redelivery on the same day.

 

For Quality And Tracking Control

  • Cuisine Service Pte Ltd reserves the right to alter the preparations process of the food items.
  • Cuisine Service Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any unsold products.
  • Cuisine Service Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any goods that are damaged by third party receiving or any improper storage by third party other than Cuisine Service Pte Ltd.
  • Cuisine Service Pte Ltd will not take back any goods upon being received.
  • Cuisine Service Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any of the contamination of food products sold. However, subject to reported incidents, Cuisine Service Pte Ltd will assist to submit batch information.
  • Cuisine service Pte Ltd, reserve the right to not deliver, if case of any issues.

 

Payments And Credit Terms

  • Payment terms are on a maximum of 30 days, based on every end of month.
  • Your standard credit limit will be S$10,000  per month.
  • Payment to be made by bank transfer to Cuisine Service Pte Ltd
  • Bank name :DBS Bank,  branch: 010, Code: 7171, Account: 010-901690-2 
  • Any delay of payment: Cuisine Service Pte Ltd reserves the right to apply 3% of the interest rate of the billing amount respectively.
